This is a journey into the deep past that few tours offer. From Cappadocia we drove east to Mount Nemrut for the sunset among the colossal stone heads, then to sacred Sanliurfa and the beehive houses of Harran, then Gobeklitepe and the breathtaking mosaics of the Zeugma museum, and finally a boat trip on the waters of Halfeti before flying out.
