Affiliate Wallet & Partner Withdrawals

The affiliate program is intended only for approved professional partners, such as travel agencies, hotels, accommodation providers and related tourism businesses.

Private customers, casual website visitors and accounts that have not been approved as professional partners are not automatically entitled to earn affiliate commission.

Affiliate accounts may be approved, refused, suspended or closed when needed to prevent misuse, suspicious activity, duplicate accounts, incorrect use or violation of program terms.

An affiliate commission is not final when the booking is first created. It becomes available only after the booking is confirmed, paid, completed and not cancelled, refunded, disputed, charged back or marked invalid.

If the booking changes, receives a partial refund, is cancelled, is identified as fraudulent or enters a payment dispute, the related commission and wallet balance may be reduced, cancelled, reversed or corrected.

Eligible products, campaign rules and commission conditions may differ by date, market, product or partner type.

Yes, available affiliate wallet balance may be used to purchase eligible tours on the website, unless a tour, service, campaign or booking rule says otherwise.

Wallet use may be restricted for promotional tours, discounted offers, third-party services, flight tickets, hotel-only bookings, private arrangements, taxes, fees or special campaigns.

The balance is not transferable to another person or account and has no cash value except through an approved eligible withdrawal. Wallet usage rules may be limited, refused or changed when necessary.

The minimum affiliate withdrawal request is €100. Requests below €100 cannot be submitted or processed.

If the balance is below €100, it can remain in the affiliate wallet and may be used toward eligible tour purchases unless a specific rule states otherwise.

Before approving a withdrawal, account verification, correct business details, valid payment information and legally required tax or invoice documents may be requested.

After an eligible withdrawal request is reviewed and approved, payment processing is started within 15 business days. This covers internal review and the payment instruction.

After the payment is sent, timing depends on banks, intermediary banks, payment providers, currency conversion systems and the receiving account.

Bank transfer fees, intermediary charges, provider costs, currency conversion and similar expenses may be deducted from the withdrawal amount. Delays or deductions caused by banks, incorrect details, rejected transfers or payment providers are outside the operator’s responsibility after the payment instruction is issued.
