Hotels are grouped into four comfort tiers so travelers can match budget and expectations. Example hotels and photos are normally shown on each tour page.

• Standard, about 3★: Clean, comfortable, often family-run; Wi-Fi, private bathroom, hot water and breakfast. Cappadocia standard options may include authentic cave rooms.
• Middle Class, about 4★: Larger rooms, air conditioning, breakfast buffet and sometimes pool, spa or boutique design.
• High Class, 4★ superior / 5★: Full-service properties with better bedding, restaurant, richer breakfast and sometimes balcony or valley view.
• Luxury: Branded 5★ hotels or distinctive boutique cave properties with concierge, spa and fine dining.

All tiers include Wi-Fi, daily breakfast and 24/7 reception. Upgrades before departure are possible by paying the hotel price difference.

Cave hotels are Cappadocia’s signature accommodation: rooms carved into soft volcanic rock and converted into boutique lodging, often from historic cave structures.

• Atmosphere: Natural stone walls, soft lighting, warm interiors in winter and cooler rooms in summer.
• Locations: Commonly in Göreme, Uçhisar and Ürgüp.
• Comfort: Private bathroom, Wi-Fi, breakfast, heating or cooling and amenities that match the selected tier.
• Best for: Couples, honeymooners, photographers and travelers wanting a local Cappadocia stay.
• Consider carefully: Some properties have stairs, narrow doors and limited elevators, which may be difficult for mobility needs.

Cave hotels are not officially star-rated, so star levels are used only as a practical quality guide. A terrace-facing room can be excellent for sunrise balloon photos.

Yes, in many cases a specific hotel can be requested instead of the default package hotel.

• How to request: Send the hotel name and travel dates by WhatsApp, email or in the special-request field.
• Availability check: Live availability and any price difference are checked before confirmation.
• Typical difference: Many requested hotels are within about €0–30 per night of the standard partner rate, but this varies.
• If unavailable: A similar hotel in the same quality level can be suggested with photos for comparison.

Popular Cappadocia cave hotels such as Museum Hotel, Argos, Sultan Cave Suites, Taskonaklar and Heaven Cave House should be requested at least 6 weeks ahead in high season.

Yes. You can choose a tour-only option and use your own accommodation. In that case, the hotel part is removed from the package price.

• Typical reduction: The price is often about 30–40% lower because accommodation is excluded.
• Still included: Guided tours, entrance fees, domestic flights, airport transfers and lunch on tour days, depending on the package.
• Not included: Hotel room, hotel breakfast and full coordination of hotel-to-tour logistics.
• Needed details: Hotel name, full address and arrival date.
• Pickup zones: Usually central Sultanahmet / Taksim in Istanbul and Göreme / Uçhisar in Cappadocia. Farther hotels may require an extra transfer fee.

This option can help if you use hotel points, but package hotel rates are often competitive because of volume discounts.

Yes. Bed layout, room position and other preferences can be added to the booking and passed to the hotel. They are requests, not absolute guarantees.

• Beds: Double, twin or king bedding can be requested depending on hotel inventory.
• Bathroom: Private en-suite bathroom is standard. Separate bathroom requests are possible but limited, especially in cave hotels.
• View and floor: Valley view, balcony, ground floor or quieter room can be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.
• Special occasions: Honeymoon decoration, birthday cake or late check-out may be free when possible or priced in advance if the hotel charges.

Advance requests are honored roughly 90% of the time. Requests sent within 7 days of arrival are harder because rooms may already be assigned.

The hotel category is confirmed when you book. The exact hotel name is usually confirmed at one of two moments.

• About 30 days before arrival: For most bookings, the final hotel name, address and phone are added to the tour voucher.
• At booking: If a specific hotel was requested and availability was confirmed, that hotel is locked immediately.

Sometimes the exact hotel is assigned closer to arrival because better rates or upgrades may appear inside a shorter booking window. If you need the name earlier, it can often be frozen 45+ days ahead on request, though that may reduce upgrade flexibility.

Yes. Extra nights can be added before or after the tour, subject to hotel availability. The added cost is the nightly difference for the selected hotel tier.

• Standard: About €80–130 per room per night.
• Middle Class: About €120–180 per room per night.
• High Class: About €180–260 per room per night.
• Luxury: Usually €300+ per room per night.

Extra nights also allow airport and tour transfers to be adjusted. They are useful before the tour for jet lag and after the tour for independent exploring.

Hotel breakfast is included for each night booked through the package. Dinner is included only when a tour specifically says so, such as a Bosphorus dinner cruise or Cappadocia Turkish Night.

• Breakfast: Turkish buffet or à la carte breakfast with cheese, olives, eggs, bread, jams, fruit, tea and coffee; higher tiers may add a larger international buffet.
• Lunch: Included on tour days at a local restaurant selected by the guide; vegetarian options are normally available.
• Dinner: Usually free time for local restaurants. Expect about €15–30 per person in a good local place and €40+ in very touristic venues.
• Half-board: Available on request, often €20–40 per person per night depending on the hotel.
