Tour Overview

12-day Istanbul, Troy, Ephesus, Pamukkale and Cappadocia tour adds Troy to the classic Turkey line for a stronger ancient Anatolia story. With Istanbul, Troy, Ephesus, Pamukkale and Cappadocia built into the same itinerary, the page reads as a planned route rather than separate day trips.

It fits travelers who like archaeology but still want Istanbul and Cappadocia included. The route feels more narrative than a standard highlights package.

Why This 12-Day Route Works

  • Clear route logic: Istanbul, Troy, Ephesus, Pamukkale and Cappadocia are arranged as a connected journey, not a loose list of stops.
  • Useful traveler fit: It fits travelers who like archaeology but still want Istanbul and Cappadocia included.
  • Practical logistics: In this 12-day Istanbul, Troy, Ephesus, Pamukkale and Cappadocia tour, hotel nights, airport transfers and guided days follow the real travel flow instead of sitting as disconnected services.
  • Cappadocia visibility: The Cappadocia chapter in this 12-day Istanbul, Troy, Ephesus, Pamukkale and Cappadocia tour stays clear for balloon planning, airport timing and the north/south valley tours.

For history-heavy planning, compare 7-Day Gallipoli, Troy, Ephesus, Pamukkale and Cappadocia Tour for a nearby battlefield or Troy variation, 12-Day Turkey Discovery Tour from Istanbul for a broader version, and 14-Day Turkey Tour Package from Istanbul if you decide to return to a classic Cappadocia-Aegean route.

Twelve days for all of Turkey's western and central greats, Istanbul, Troy, Ephesus, Pamukkale and Cappadocia. The free days built in made it a holiday rather than a march, and the guides were excellent. Wonderful.
