The exact launch field is selected each morning according to wind direction and Civil Aviation rules.

Expected the wide sunrise views, didnt expect the pilot to take us right down between the rock walls of a valley, close enough to make out the pigeon houses carved into the stone. Genuinely thrilling without ever once feeling unsafe. Then back up for the panorama with the sun fully over the ridge and a hundred balloons around us. A soft landing onto the trailer and a toast to finish. Brilliant crew, brilliant pilot, brilliant morning from start to end.
